Was ist Confetta?
Confetta ist eine App, mit der alle Gäste einer Feier ihre Fotos und Videos in einer gemeinsamen Galerie sammeln. Einfach QR-Code scannen, hochladen – und alle sehen sofort alles. Ob Hochzeit, Geburtstag, Firmenevent oder Party.
Wie erstelle ich ein Event?
Öffne die App und lege ein Event an – du brauchst nur einen Namen. Danach tippst du im Event auf das Info-Symbol, um den QR-Code anzuzeigen und mit deinen Gästen zu teilen (oder gib ihnen die Event-ID).
Wie treten meine Gäste bei?
Deine Gäste scannen den QR-Code mit der Kamera (oder tippen in der App auf „Event beitreten“ und geben die Event-ID ein). Schon können sie Fotos und Videos hochladen.
Brauchen meine Gäste ein Benutzerkonto?
Nein. Beim Beitreten wird automatisch ein anonymes Konto erstellt – ganz ohne E-Mail oder Passwort. Die App gibt es kostenlos im App Store und bei Google Play.
Was kostet Confetta?
Die App ist für dich und deine Gäste kostenlos. Als Gastgeber schaltest du dein Event mit einem einmaligen Kauf frei, damit ihr beliebig viele Fotos und Videos hochladen könnt – wahlweise Basic (12 Monate Zugriff) oder Pro (24 Monate).
Wie lange bleiben die Fotos und Videos verfügbar?
Je nach Freischaltung 12 Monate (Basic) bzw. 24 Monate (Pro) ab dem Kauf. In dieser Zeit könnt ihr jederzeit auf alle Medien zugreifen und sie herunterladen.
Wo werden meine Daten gespeichert? Ist das DSGVO-konform?
Alle Fotos und Videos werden sicher auf Servern in Deutschland gespeichert – vollständig DSGVO-konform. Details findest du in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
Wer kann meine Fotos und Videos sehen?
Nur Personen, die deinem Event beigetreten sind. Außenstehende haben keinen Zugriff auf die Galerie.
Kann ich Fotos und Videos herunterladen?
Ja. Jedes Foto und Video lässt sich mit einem Tipp direkt auf deinem Gerät speichern.
Wie lösche ich ein Event oder einzelne Fotos?
Als Gastgeber kannst du dein Event in den Event-Einstellungen vollständig löschen – inklusive aller enthaltenen Medien. Einzelne Fotos oder Videos löschst du direkt in der jeweiligen Detailansicht.
Wie lösche ich mein Konto und meine Daten?
Schreib uns an support@confetta.photo – wir löschen dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten.

What is Confetta?
Confetta is an app that lets all the guests at a celebration collect their photos and videos in one shared gallery. Just scan a QR code, upload – and everyone sees everything instantly. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events or parties.
How do I create an event?
Open the app and create an event – all you need is a name. Then tap the info icon inside the event to show the QR code and share it with your guests (or give them the event ID).
How do my guests join?
Your guests scan the QR code with their camera (or tap “Join event” in the app and enter the event ID). That’s it – they can start uploading photos and videos right away.
Do my guests need an account?
No. An anonymous account is created automatically when they join – no email or password required. The app is free on the App Store and Google Play.
How much does Confetta cost?
The app is free for you and your guests. As the host, a one-time purchase unlocks your event so everyone can upload as many photos and videos as they like – choose Basic (12 months of access) or Pro (24 months).
How long do the photos and videos stay available?
Depending on your unlock, 12 months (Basic) or 24 months (Pro) from the date of purchase. During that time you can access and download all media anytime.
Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?
All photos and videos are stored securely on servers in Germany – fully GDPR-compliant. You’ll find the details in our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my photos and videos?
Only people who have joined your event. No one outside the event can access the gallery.
Can I download photos and videos?
Yes. Every photo and video can be saved straight to your device with a single tap.
How do I delete an event or individual photos?
As the host you can delete your event completely in the event settings – including all its media. Individual photos or videos can be deleted right from their detail view.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email us at support@confetta.photo – we’ll delete your account and all associated data.
